Petition regarding a burglary, 1910
Petition by Karbalayi ‘Abd al-Muhammad from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Interior regarding the burglary of his house as they were preparing for his deceased wife’s ceremony. One hundred-fifty tumans and some household items were stolen, which were traced back to a nearby house. The suspect is one of the four residents of the house and is named ‘Aziz. He claims to be an Ottoman national, but the writer asserts that he is a peasant from Rashih-Dih village in Marivan, Kurdistan.
